Abstract: What factors affect the implementation of innovative models for pre-school management?
A matter of the utmost importance for managers who, in the context of decentralization, interpret government policy by developing alternative management approaches, models based on institutional values and vision. Models with a practical focus can be related to the theoretical models – systemic and cybernetic. Quality oriented management models for integrated and educating organizations related to transformational management – an integrative approach to achieving quality management I will allow myself to expose several sets of factors that innovative approaches determine their impact in changing and implementing models with quality indicators in the educational institution.
