Abstract: In this article we have presented the basic aspects for successful management of innovations. This covers the different classes and methods for introducing innovations in school institutions. What makes the analysis, made for this new approach so favorable, is that it is in compliance with the new law for school and preschool education. We have also shared our experience in introduction and management of innovations.
