Abstract: The report examines the rela onship between teamwork and Erasmus + projects. Work on European
projects is seen both as a teaching method of learning content, a s mulus for the development of teachers,
people as part of a working team . The management of human resources in educa on is described from a contemporary
point of view, by presen ng the possibility that the direc ves may infl uence this management func-
on. Good examples are given in projects where the work of the team has been improved and the teachers are
more mo vated and happy with their day-to-day work.
