Abstract: This report presents the signifi cance of the connec on communica on – crea ve story that leads
to the development of communica ve competence of preschool children. From this perspec ve, the report examines
the method of focused objects as heuris c modelling method of inducing and organizing the crea ve
poten al of children in situa ons for the development of connected speech and in par cular of the story composed
by imagina on. Typical of this is that it provokes the out-of-bounds of available ideas to fi nd and retrieve
informa on from another area that can expand the horizons. Thus, a key point in the implementa on of the object
is the chance that leads to ideas that cannot be obtained in another way.
