Work on European<br \/>\nprojects is seen both as a teaching method of learning content, a s mulus for the development of teachers,<br \/>\npeople as part of a working team . The management of human resources in educa on is described from a contemporary<br \/>\npoint of view, by presen ng the possibility that the direc ves may infl uence this management func-<br \/>\n on.
