The artist\u2019s deed is briefly described and analysed in its entity, certain aspects are<br \/>\nhighlighted. Considered is the role of the non-figurative exercises in the educational programme on visual arts<br \/>\nin primary school. The possible interdisciplinary relations in this field are studied. The alternative significance of<br \/>\nthe non-figurative artistic exercises is highlighted for children who have difficulties in drawing from observation\/<br \/>\nmemory\/imagination.
