In the Austrian education system, \u201edual learning\u201c also applies to the\u00a0<\/em><em>teaching profession. According to the model of this system, the experimental mechanism for dual learning was\u00a0<\/em><em>introduced. Tested as successful in kindergarten, this mechanism is related to the appointment of students from\u00a0<\/em><em>our kindergarten at the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Thracian University in Stara Zagora as assistant educators in\u00a0<\/em><em>the kindergarten. Implementation of the mechanism enables future teachers to combine training at university\u00a0<\/em><em>with work in a real environment.
