Abstract<\/strong>: The following work is devoted to the description of an innovative methodical approach for the\u00a0<\/em>training of students in school, which can be an alternative to traditional, namely the approach of group and\u00a0<\/em>team work. The aims of its implementation are to make students more active in the educational process, to increase their communicative and presentation skills and different types of knowledge and competencies. This\u00a0<\/em>will also be beneficial to them in real life situations, not just during the performance of the assigned tasks in\u00a0<\/em>school. The descriptions of the concepts of a group work and a team work have been given as well as their most\u00a0<\/em>important features and special attention has been given on the Six Thinking Hats technique. An example has\u00a0<\/em>been demonstrated by suggesting how to solve a task, extracted from the course of Information technology for\u00a0<\/em>grade 9, using the group and team work through Six Thinking Hats technique.<\/p>\n
