Abstract:  This paper presents a technological model of a pedagogical situation in “Mathematics” entitled: “The Circle, The Triangle, and The Square have built a Marvellous City”. The aim is the development of cognitive interests in 5-year-old children. The use of new technologies in kindergarten contributes to enhancing the quality of pedagogical interaction where traditions and innovation are successfully complemented. Interactive games provoke and stimulate thinking and imagination, creating a lasting interest in the child in math education.
The formation of independent and creative personalities stays actual in pedagogical theory and practice. At the center of the educational system is the child with its uniqueness. The main concern of the family and the kindergarten is the child and what is the best for him/her. The educational impact is focused on developing skills and competencies from earliest childhood.
