“FROM KINDERGARTEN TO SCHOOL“ – PROJECT-BASED TRAINING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRESENTATION SKILLS IN PRESCHOOL AGE: PRACTICE IN THE CONDITIONS OF EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIP

Abstract: This paper presents a pedagogical practice implemented in a preschool group through projectbased learning aimed at developing presentation skills. The thematic focus is on European Union countries, with children actively engaged in researching, processing, and presenting information. The educational process is organized within a framework of cooperation between kindergarten, families, and primary school. Each child works together with their parents on a selected country and presents the results to the group using various visual and digital formats. An important element of the practice is the involvement of primary school students who demonstrate presentation skills and provide a behavioral model for public speaking situations. This creates a natural connection between educational stages and supports the transition to school environment. Observations indicate that the project-based approach creates opportunities for active participation, development of communication skills, and increased confidence in public expression. The practice fosters collaboration among participants in the educational process and expands opportunities for experiential learning.
