ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION OF 6 – 7 АGED CHILDREN IN PRESCHOOL GROUP THROUGH “THE WORLD AROUND US“ STUDIES

Abstract: This paper examines the opportunities for implementing environmental education among children in the fourth kindergarten group through environmental studies. The focus is placed on developing environmental culture, ecological awareness, and responsible attitudes toward nature from an early age. The theoretical foundations of environmental education, as well as the main forms and methods for its implementation, are presented. A practical model based on educational situations, walks, excursions, and play-based activities is proposed. The study emphasizes the importance of early environmental education in shaping future citizens with responsible attitudes toward nature and sustainable development.
