Abstract: The paper presents an innovative pedagogical model for an integrated STEM lesson conducted within the all-day school care environment (COUD) for sixth-grade students. The practice is based on the experiential learning approach and effectively optimizes the time dedicated to activities of interest. It simulates the structure of a real scientific research institute by dividing students into five teams named after prominent scientists: Agnes Pockels, Stephen Hales, Isaac Newton, Charles Goodyear, and Carlo Marangoni. The main educational innovation lies in the introduction of strictly differentiated roles within the teams: scientific supervisor, technologist, experimenter, observer, and analyzer. This collaborative model ensures the full engagement of every child, developing critical thinking, leadership, and soft skills. During the lesson, students formulate hypotheses, conduct real-time micro-experiments (surface tension, transpiration, non-Newtonian fluids, polymer elasticity), and document results in scientific worksheets. The emphasis is placed on knowledge transfer and discovering science in everyday life. The lesson concludes with a public presentation of findings by the student-analyzers and certification of the young discoverers.

Keywords: STEM education, experiential learning, all-day school care, team roles, micro-experiments.
