Abstract: This good practice presents and analyses a well-structured methodology for implementing collaborative learning and exchange-of-experience activities among students from different European schools, integrating group mobility activities within the Erasmus+ programme and collaborative work through the eTwinning platform. The educational model is fully aligned with the three strategic goals pursued by “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” First Primary School through Erasmus+: enhancing the effectiveness of teaching and learning focused on 21st-century skills; building sustainable school policies that support personal development through inter-institutional partnerships; and driving digital transformation in education. The project activities are organised as a comprehensive, step-by-step process of interaction: Preparatory Stage (via eTwinning): The platform serves as a shared digital environment for initial virtual icebreaking activities, topic research, and language preparation, laying the foundation for peer learning and collaboration. Physical Mobility Stage: Students engage in direct exchange of experiences through interdisciplinary lessons, non-traditional sports, dances, and collaborative project-based workshops. Particular emphasis is placed on environmental education, cultural heritage, and the promotion of tolerance and inclusion. Digital collaboration is further strengthened through STEAM activities, practical AI-based tasks, and the use of innovative digital platforms. Follow-up Stage (Dissemination and Sustainability): Cooperation between the partner schools continues within the eTwinning environment through the finalisation of digital products, reflection activities, evaluation of outcomes, and the long-term dissemination of good practices. This good practice presents an effective hybrid model of inter-institutional cooperation that transforms the school environment into a space for active, inquiry-based learning, fostering critical thinking, universal values, and sustainable digital practices.
