NTERINSTITUTIONAL PEDAGOGICAL COOPERATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN PRESCHOOL AGE – RESULTS, CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS

Abstract: This report presents the activities, results and prospects for the development of the interinstitutional pedagogical cooperation network „Effective approaches and resources for environmental education in preschool age“. The network unites kindergartens and early childhood education institutions with the aim of exchanging good pedagogical practices, resources and innovative models for the formation of an environmental culture in preschool children. The report presents the implemented initiatives – workshops, practical activities, „eco“ games and experiments aimed at the active participation of children, pedagogical specialists and parents. The results of the cooperation between the institutions related to increased commitment to environmental topics and the development of shared educational resources are presented. Emphasis is placed on the role of cooperation between educational institutions, the challenges to its effective functioning and the prospects for sustainability of partnerships in the context of the dynamically changing educational environment.
