USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN SOCIAL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AT RISK

Abstract: The article will analyse the data obtained from a survey in order to seek the opinion of specialists working in social services with a target group of children at risk on the topic of optimizing activities through the use of digital technologies. Specialists in this field are a little sceptical in this aspect, because social work on an individual case requires the creation of a trusted relationship, personal contact, face-to-face conversations. However, they admit that in some directions the work can be facilitated, such as the creation of a common information register, which will be useful for specialists, because it will save time from collecting data on the case and filling out documentation. Based on the results obtained, conclusions have been drawn. Guidelines for work have been formulated that can be shared by those working in social services for children at risk in order to improve the quality of the inclusive process.
