TEAMWORK AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: ANALYSIS OF THE ATTITUDES OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGERS

Abstract: This study analyzes the attitudes of principals and deputy principals regarding teamwork, communication, leadership, and organizational climate in educational institutions. The study was conducted among 70 respondents working in kindergartens and schools in different settlements. The aspects of communication, trust, and support in the team, the distribution of roles and responsibilities, leadership, motivation, conflict management, professional development, and interaction with the parent community were analyzed. The results show predominantly positive attitudes toward teamwork, a high degree of satisfaction and trust between colleagues, as well as the presence of a desire for joint professional development. At the same time, separate problem areas related to the open discussion of conflicts and the active participation of parents in school and children’s life are highlighted. The data emphasize the importance of effective leadership and organizational support for building a sustainable and motivating team environment.
