Abstract: This article presents an interdisciplinary lesson designed for first-grade students, aimed at deepening their understanding of the four seasons through an engaging and multifaceted approach. Integrating subjects such as Bulgarian language and literature, natural and social sciences, mathematics, art, music, and extracurricular activities, the lesson fosters cross-curricular connections and active student participation. The teach- ing methodology combines interactive tools, emotional engagement, group collaboration, and diverse educational techniques, including brainstorming, mathematical exercises, song performance, and crafts. Emphasis is placed on observation, critical thinking, vocabulary development, and understanding the practical importance of seasonal knowledge in everyday life. The use of digital technologies, such as interactive worksheets and multimedia, enhances students’ motivation and supports personalized learning. The lesson culminates in creative activities like weather forecast dramatization, a „season tree“ craft, and solving themed crosswords, helping children develop both cognitive and emotional connections with nature. Through this dynamic learning experience, students not only acquire knowledge but also build appreciation and care for the natural world.
