DEVELOPING TRANSVERSAL SKILLS IN FUTURE TEACHERS IN TECHNOLOGY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP THROUGH STEM EDUCATION

Abstract: This article explores the development of transversal skills in future teachers of Technology and Entrepreneurship through STEM education based on digital platforms and practical projects. The focus is placed on the use of Tinkercad and educational LEGO robotics as tools for integrating 3D modeling, electronics, and programming into university-level teacher training. By working with these technologies, students develop critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and digital competence—skills that are essential for meeting the challenges of modern education systems and the dynamic labor market. The article presents examples of instructional activities, pedagogical approaches, and assessment models that support the formation of flexible and adaptive teachers through real-world problem solving in the context of STEM education.
