Abstract: Current report presents a study of the leadership and management culture of the Faculty of Education and the Vratsa Branch of St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. It analyzes the levels of planning, organization, motivation, leadership, and control. The aim of the study is to enhance the understanding of management culture in higher education. The methodology includes a survey conducted among faculty members, students, and administrative staff, and the results of the two administrative units are measured using statistical methods (ANOVA, mean value analysis, correlation analysis).
