REFLECTION ON THE PATH OF ACQUISITION OF CONTROL SKILLS BY FUTURE
EDUCATIONAL MANAGERS DURING UNIVERSITY TRAINING IN EDUCATIONAL
MANAGEMENT

Abstract: Control activities at all management levels in the education system, including institutional ones, have their importance for regulating the quality of the educational process and the overall strategic and operational activities of the school, including for identifying good practices to be multiplied in the pedagogical team and for identifying problem areas to be eliminated. The article presents a study of students’ attitude towards control activities as their own reflection of what has been learned and the skills created at the university for its implementation. It shows the personal motivation of students for control as future and current directors and deputy directors of educational institutions, including for identifying positive aspects of the implementation of control activities and practices that do not lead to its effectiveness. A comparative characteristic of the opinions is made, conclusions and recommendations for higher control effectiveness are presented.
