Abstract: This article presents the innovative activity of 125th Secondary School „Boyan Penev“ as a consistent and evolving educational philosophy, built on three consecutive four-year innovation projects (2017 – 2029). It outlines the conceptual, methodological, and organizational transformation of the school, which has moved from traditional teaching models toward an integrated, competence-based and interdisciplinary approach. The first project introduced new subjects designed by the teaching staff, aiming to develop students’ critical thinking, creativity, collaboration skills, and scientific reasoning. The second project expanded the innovation into the humanities, integrating creativity, communication, and cultural expression. The third project, titled „Think – Feel – Create“, offers a triadic model for personal development through the fusion of rational thought, emotional awareness, and creative expression. The article highlights not only the practical aspects of the innovation, but also its deep pedagogical and philosophical foundations. Innovation is not viewed as an isolated intervention but as a living educational culture that supports meaningful learning, student engagement, and teacher autonomy. The article emphasizes the role of the teacher as a creator of learning environments and the student as an active, thinking, and expressive individual prepared for the challenges of life beyond the classroom.
