Abstract: Modern society is faced with accelerating technological development and a constantly changing educational environment. The traditional teaching model, based mainly on the transmission of knowledge, is increasingly difficult to meet the needs of 21st century students. This requires a search for new, more flexible and innovative educational approaches that develop skills for critical thinking, creativity, teamwork in project implementation and problem solving. The STEAME (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics and Entertainment) approach is established as an innovative framework for the preparation of teacher facilitators. Through project-based and interdisciplinary learning, a connection is built between theory and practice, between school and the real world. This article examines the concept, methodology, and application of the STEAME approach in teacher training. The emphasis is on the implementation of the ideas and approaches of the European initiative STEAME Teacher Academy for the professional development of current and future teachers, which offers innovative technological tools and learning resources. Special emphasis is placed on the multidisciplinary approach and project-based learning, which support personalized and adaptive learning in a STEAME environment.
