Abstract: This report examines the opportunities for the implementation of good practices in the Bulgarian school in the fi eld of STEAM approach, innovative methods and techniques, as well as techniques for working with children with special educational needs (SEN) and is based on the qualification of teachers under the Erasmus+ Program Type of Action KA122-SCH – Short-term projects for mobility of learners and staff in school education, Project No 2023-1-BG01-KA122-SCH-000134674 ‘Success begins with action’. Here follows a short description of the content of the paper. The main objective is to increase students’ motivation to learn by improving teaching skills and applying modern educational practices.
