Abstract: The article presents a non-standard practical solution for changing preschool education. The proposed educational model „Creatino“ is complex, dynamic and adaptable in the complex diversity of the rapidly developing modern society. The model achieves a stimulating, innovative educational environment that supports children’s development, builds thinking, capable and proactive individuals capable of coping with the challenges of the time. For its successful implementation, creativity on the part of teachers is relied upon throughout the complex complex of intellectual, emotional and behavioral components of pedagogical creativity. The presented educational model is the result of inspiring leadership, active teaching, shared vision, clear goals, cooperation, continuous search and testing of innovative practices that meet the needs of children.
