Abstract: Education is the backbone of each society. In a world, changing as fastly as nowadays, it is important that schools and kindergartens increase their efficiency. Modern children grow up in a technological world and teachers should work in a new way, which is interesting for the children, and which meets their needs. This makes the use of innovative methods and new technologies in the pedagogical process essential. Teachers should be able to provoke and maintain children’s interest by transforming situations from real life that are significant for the child, into lessons. That would not be possible without considering the individual characteristics and achievements of the children, as well as differing and/or individualizing the goals of pedagogical interaction. It is achieved by selecting different methods and techniques, and technology is just a valuable tool that makes these educational methods completed. It also helps both children and teachers. In the following research The article is presenting technological ways and means of teaching that contribute to a better teaching process in the kindergarten. They have been tested in practice for the past few years and they have proven themselves effective. The use of an Interactive Display, a Document-Camera, as well as the creation of games on the „Smart Kids“ platform gives the teacher the opportunity to diversify and enrich their work. As for the children, the digital devices are becoming tools for developing their creative potential. Digital devices also support children’s development and they stimulate their ability to make independent decisions.
