Abstract: This article examines the interrelationship between satisfaction with the choice of the teaching profession and the reasons for leaving the education system. The main reasons for leaving teachers (working conditions, organizational climate, administrative burden, etc.) are also examined. The research finds that people , who are satisfied with their choice of teaching profession, are less likely to leave school because of the workload, routine of the profession, poor student behavior, salary or heavy administrative burden. Peer support is also important for young teachers. This support can create a positive and empathetic work environment that supports motivation and job satisfaction. This creates a school community where teachers feel supported and important. In addition, peer support can encourage young teachers to participate in training, workshops and professional development. This improves the quality of their teaching practice and makes them more effective and competent in the school.

Keywords: reason for leaving, motivation for choosing a teaching profession, approaches
