ROADMAP FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUSTAINABLE STEAM ENVIRONMENTAT MATH SCHOOL – VARNA

Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyse existing STEM practices at High School of Mathematics-Varn and international practices in the area and current technological and social trends and to try to synthesize a roadmap for sustainable development of STEAM practices. The roadmap given examines milestones, indicators of success and assessment of progress, current status and perspective for the development of sustainable STEAM infrastructure, available and future partnerships with institutions, organizations and associations. It is extremely important to achieve a sustainable STEAM environment to pay attention to the qualifications of teachers and their motivation to participate in STEAM activities.
