Abstract: There is an important and responsible task for modern education – to prepare pupils to be wellknown,
capable and ready for the labor market. Challenges for teachers are to constantly seek new forms,
methods, and learning tools to trigger learner’s activity and curiosity for their future realization. The augmented
reality is a relatively new interactive technology that enters the Bulgarian school. It can be used for a different
purpose – in using new educational content, generalizing and structuring students’ knowledge and skills. Its use
contributes the enhance of the interest and cognitive activity of students in order to develop their creativity and
creative thinking.
