MODEL FOR EARLY SCREENING AND DETECTION OF PARAMETRS OF LEARNING DIFFICULTIES –DYSLEXIA IN STUDENTS 2. – 4. GRADE WITH A COMMUNICATION DISORDER-STUTTERING

Abstract: The scientific publication is dedicated to the importance and school staff’s knowledge of the parameters of specific learning difficulties and the ability to identify them in a timely manner. With the use of appropriate and easily applicable assessment tools at the early school age a proper evaluation can be conducted and the necessary follow- up measures can be taken. The scientific article examines the problems associated with identifying the characteristics and specifics of dyslexia. It affects directly reading and language skills. For dyslexia diagnostic purposes in people with various social, psychological, cognitive and communicative disorders, it is appropriate to use specific testing tools available to teachers in schools. The aim of the article is to present research tools adapted for student with learning disabilities and communication disorders , based on testing, which can be easily applied by pedagogical specialists in schools.
