Abstract: Recently, the efforts of children’s teachers from the first groups are aimed at building a better adaptation of children to the conditions of kindergarten. The transition from a family environment to a kindergarten environment is painful for children, and only with joint efforts can we help them integrate more quickly and easily, especially for children with special educational needs. It is a long process, strictly individual for each child. The introduction of a teacher’s assistant in the efforts to facilitate the acquisition of children’s communication skills and teamwork, as a mediator between all stakeholders helps to adapt children to the kindergarten institution as quickly and uselessly as possible.
