ROLES AND COMPETENCIES OF THE HEADMASTER UPON INTRODUCING INNOVATIONS IN THE KINDER GARTEN

Abstract: The roles of the headmaster in the modern educational organization determine the vision and motivate the team to introduce new innovations. In the management process and in the application of its technologies, the headmaster can approach this with their management competencies. From the management style of the headmaster of the kindergarten depends the establishment of the professional community, in which every educational specialist combines their efforts, in order to achieve common goals and the multiplication of good practices. Innovation in the implementation of the educational program is based in the introduction of an afternoon rest or quite regime for the children in the fourth age group. This contributes to overcoming the negative emotional periods amongst children that do not want to sleep. The discomfort for these children is being replaced with a stimulating environment by implementing forms and methods that suggest children helping one another.
