Abstract: The paper presents a good pedagogical practice with students taught in the conditions of a
multicultural environment from the ethnic minorities, implemented under a project funded by the Center for
Educational Integration of Children and Students from Ethnic Minorities. The basic argument is that interest
clubs help to obtain the necessary results in the curriculum. The aim is to make learning interesting and
challenging for these students and to make them active participants in the learning process. The application of
extracurricular forms of pedagogical work preserves the cultural identity of the students, keeps them engaged
in class and contributes to the improvement of their language and communicative skills.

Keywords: pedagogical interaction, extracurricular forms, interest clubs, language and communicative skills
