Abstract: Human needs for achievement and acknowledgment are a key factor in personal development.
Striving and challenge for new, higher achievements is their acknowledgment on an international level. The paper presents the work within the project „creating, experimenting and cooperation – improving practices in early child education“ in the program „Erasmus+“. The aim is to share innovative pedagogical practices to increase
children’s motivation to study, search, discover, acquire key skills via a creative method of education. In this project we use the potential of nature and the environment to inspire the learning process. The goal is educational methods to be researched, which enables: active participation of children and parents in the educational process; use of experimentation as a primary method of acquiring knowledge; learning by experiencing; exploring
and sharing ideas, unconventional and creative practices, and methods on an international educational level for
education of pre-school children.
