Abstract: The topic of the effect of dual learning, which was introduced in Bulgaria under the DOMI NO project „Dual Education for the Modern Requirements and Needs of the Society“, is the subject of discussion and this form of education is of great interest. In the Austrian education system, „dual learning“ also applies to the teaching profession. According to the model of this system, the experimental mechanism for dual learning was introduced. Tested as successful in kindergarten, this mechanism is related to the appointment of students from our kindergarten at the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Thracian University in Stara Zagora as assistant educators in the kindergarten. Implementation of the mechanism enables future teachers to combine training at university with work in a real environment. The smooth introduction into the system and the specifics of working with children, the stimulation of the first steps in the profession, help to design the future realization of the students.
