Abstract: The paper presents some ideas and example for using Scratch in process of formation and development of students’ literacy and communication skills. Creating computer projects in Scratch students present their ideas through animation and dialogs. Teachers could use Scratch environment to upgrade grammatic skills, and to develop creativity and way of expression of young students. Giving students the freedom to express ideas and knowledge, we obtain opportunity to estimate students level of achievements and could make decisions for future work with each student.
