Abstract: According to the legal framework of the ministry of education and science, each academic year the schools declare, receive, use and destroy documentation with factory numbers such as diplomas and certificates. every year, experts from regional education management (rem) check whether these documents are properly described and reported. this is a time-consuming and human resource-intensive work, so from 2015, rem-Plovdiv develops and uses various software tools to accurately reporting of the factory-numbered documents.the first version of the system is developed in the visual studio 2017 environment using the programing language C#. the information is stored and processed in a local database and the final report is generated as an html file. in 2018, the software product was upgraded to protect data and make it easier for users to work. the developed graphical user interface allows for easier and secure operation with the system. A high degree of accuracy and reliability was reported in the reports submitted. in view of the annual reporting of these documents with factory numbers by all schools not only in the Plovdiv district but also in the whole country, rem-Plovdiv jointly with the Plovdiv university started work on the improvement of the software product and the reliability and security of the introduced information by using of the block chain technology.
