The Information Technologies’ Education in the Second Grade – Prerequisites for the Formation of Digital Competency

Abstract: This article presents the normative documents which regulate the IT education in the second grade. Different points of view are presented over the topic for the need of education at primary school level. A study was carried out among 2nd grade students across the country. There are conclusions and suggestions over this trend.
