THE FATHER – AN EQUAL PARTNER IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE KINDERGARTEN

Abstract: The paper presents a project-work implemented into the kindergarten. The mini-project “Being a
father” follows the work on the Mini Project “Children of The New Time”. Our goal was to support men as caring,
just, responsible and non-aggressive parents and guardians with a view to the full development and upbringing
of children. We have placed the following tasks: To support and encourage parents in the most responsible
mission – raising and educa ng children to become the best adults. To encourage parents /fathers/ to engage
in the lives of their children – to take part in ini a ves and events in the kindergarten, to support the educa
onal process; To provide an appropriate suppor ve environment in the group – lectures, trainings, ini a-
ves, interac ve games to enable the father’s ac ve involvement the children’s community. The work on the
Mini-project was divided into four direc ons: Affi liate mee ngs of an educa onal nature; Ini a ves of a social
nature;Ini a ves of an ecological nature; Games with Dad. The results of the work on the mini project show the
enormous signifi cance of the role of the fathers in the development of their children
