VISION OF THE MODERN FAMILY FOR INTERACTION WITH KINDERGARTEN

Abstract: The realization of the goals and tasks of modern preschool education depends to a large extenton the coordinated efforts of the family and the kindergarten. Unfortunately, in the practical-applied aspect the interaction „kindergarten – family“ is not constituted on the knowledge of the educational orientations, claims and life-pedagogical opportunities of modern Bulgarian parents. In practice, the forms of cooperation with parents in the educational system are realized without researching family attitudes and by „setting“ the family social guidelines for raising children, without taking into account its specifics and capabilities as an emotional and personal educational environment. This presumed position is convenient for many parents and they seek to transfer their educational responsibilities to children’s institutions. At the same time, the assumption is that teachers are no longer the main source of pedagogical information. The subject of the report is a study and analysis of the orientations of the family constellation regarding the cooperation with the pedagogical specialists: ideas of parents of children of preschool age about the used sources of pedagogical information; attitude of the family to the forms of cooperation with the kindergarten; present to the parents about the current problems of development in preschool age. The analysis of the results differentiates the perceptions of the respondents depending on their education, ethnic origin, professional commitment, location and provides an opportunity to optimize the interaction „kindergarten – family“ in the context of the process „pedagogical education of parents“.
