REFLECTIVE APPROACH IN THE TRAINING AND PREPARATION OF STUDENTS-PEDAGOGUES

Abstract: The article presents an accredited system for work with student educators in 2015 and 2016,
which aims to apply a reflexive approach to their preparation. It describes the organization of work, which
creates a specific portfolio of each student, including their work in different disciplines. Applying a reflexive
approach aims to achieve critical thinking and self-reflection. Increasing the knowledge and skills of students
during their training enables them to correct and enrich their own work on a given problem. There is a way to
exchange information between students and a teacher which is based on OneNote Classnotebook.
The applied system aims, on the one hand, to support the cognitive training of the students in different
disciplines, and on the other – to acquaint them with modern information and internet technologies and to form
skills for working with them
